ZENco SPA is the trade name of VIP EVENTS SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, having its registered office in Bucharest, Intrarea Sevastopol nr.1, sector 1, with order number in the Trade Register J40/3309/2009, unique fiscal registration code 25267799 (hereinafter "ZENco SPA" or "we"). For the purposes of data protection legislation, we are an operator when processing your personal data.

1. Scope

1.1 The Terms and Conditions on Gift Cards (hereinafter referred to as "Voucher Terms and Conditions") regulate the manner of granting, use and cancellation of Gift Cards (hereinafter referred to as "ZENco SPA Gift Card") in the context of the purchase of services offered by VIP EVENTS SRL within ZENco SPA.

1.2 The Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases of services presented on the website www.zencospa.ro and sold by VIP EVENTS SRL, in the version valid at the time of placing the order. By placing an order or purchase request, the Customer unconditionally accepts the Terms and Conditions of VIP EVENTS SRL, as well as the Terms and Conditions of ZENco SPA Gift Cards available on the website, assuming that they have been read and understood prior to placing the order on https://zencospa.ro/gift-card/.

1.3 VIP EVENTS reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. They can be consulted at any time in an updated version on https://zencospa.ro/termeni-si-conditii/.

2. Aim

2.1 Gift Cards represent purchases of ZENco SPA services by the Customer (natural or legal person) through https://zencospa.ro/gift-card/, to be used personally or offered to others later.

2.2 VIP EVENTS may issue Gift Cards freely, randomly, arbitrarily and at its own discretion, without being obliged to do so. The granting or cancellation of Gift Cards is at the sole discretion of VIP EVENTS SRL, which determines the manner of granting or cancellation.

2.3 On the basis of Gift Cards, VIP EVENTS SRL provides a service to the Client. VIP EVENTS SRL may issue Gift Cards with varying values, depending on the service purchased, having the exclusive right to determine their value.

3. General Conditions

3.1 Gift Cards can be offered to the Customer who fulfills the following conditions:

  • She's at least 18;
  • Purchased a service on www.zencospa.ro or at the reception of ZENco SPA centers, the reception opening hours are 10:00 - 22:00. Payment can be made by cash or card.
  • Comply with the Gift Card Terms and Conditions;
  • Accept the rules applicable in ZENco SPA centers.

Persons who do not meet these conditions cannot benefit from ZENco SPA Gift Cards.

3.2 The Client may use the services included in the Gift Card only after payment of the Gift Card and presentation for the service, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions on https://zencospa.ro/gift-card/.

3.3 Gift Cards are issued in the form of electronic or physical documents, containing details of the services, the period of validity and a unique identification code.

Electronic Gift Delivery

3.4 After purchasing the Gift Card by online payment, the beneficiary will receive the Gift Card in PDF format by email within 24 hours.

Physical Gift card delivery

3.5 After purchasing the Gift Card by online payment, the beneficiary can pick up the gift card at the ZENco SPA centers reception, or delivery by courier to the address specified in the order form on the website within 5 working days.

3.6 The Customer cannot request to exchange Gift Cards for cash or other products or services.

3.7 The Customer does not have the right to request to change the value of the Gift Cards.

3.8 Gift Cards are transferable.

3.9 Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or according to the rules of the promotion in which they were issued. After expiry, the Gift Card cannot be used.

3.10 In the event of loss, theft or expiration of the Gift Card, the Customer cannot request its replacement. The liability of VIP EVENTS SRL is excluded in these cases.

3.11 When a Gift Card is purchased, a tax invoice is issued corresponding to the value of the services purchased.

3.12 If the Customer cancels the order or does not show up for the service within the validity period, the Customer will not receive the difference between the total value of the services and the value of the voucher used.

4. Canceling Gift Cards

4.1 The Customer can request the cancellation of the order/gift card and the return of the paid amount through the ZENco SPA centers reception intermenu or by a written request to the e-mail address: booking@zencospa.ro the term for cancellation and return of the paid amount is 3 working days

4.2 VIP EVENTS has the exclusive right to refuse, withdraw or cancel Gift Cards in the following situations, but without limitation:

  • The customer does not show up to use the service within the validity period;
  • The customer's behavior violates the law or rules of conduct;
  • The Customer uses fraudulent or abusive methods to use the Gift Card;
  • The Customer does not comply with the Gift Card Terms and Conditions or the rules of ZENco SPA.

4.3 VIP EVENTS SRL may suspend, modify or cancel the Gift Cards in case of abuse, fraud or other causes that may cause serious damage.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 VIP EVENTS SRL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Gift Card by the Client or other persons.

6.2 VIP EVENTS SRL is not responsible for the inability to use the Gift Card due to errors, abuse, force majeure or other causes beyond its control, such as technical malfunctions.
